Case Study: Employer Website with Job Market for Retail Department Store Group

Manor is the largest department store group in Switzerland with more than 10,000 employees. It owns 60 stores, 31 food markets, 40 restaurants and 4 distribution centres. A4 made the employer brand "Passionate People" a tangible experience. The focus lies on its own employer website which has the same brand experience as the corporate website. The platform also has to fulfill employer-specific communication tasks such as company portrait, blog or job market.

The stories of employees had to be presented clearly and appealing with video and images.
Vacancies are imported from an external source and user-friendly presented according to the CD.
We implemented a blog with categories and authors. The posts are managed independently by employees.
